1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between IQV Store and consumers who make a purchase through our web shop.

By placing your order you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain fully in force.

2. Orders

An agreement is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from IQV Store by e-mail.

All prices shown include VAT. Any shipping costs and other additional charges are clearly stated before you complete your order. You see the total amount before you finalise the order.

3. Shipping & delivery

For orders within the Netherlands: ordered on a working day before 4 pm, delivered the next working day.

For Belgium the delivery time is 2–3 working days. For other European countries delivery takes 3–7 days, depending on the destination country.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive a track & trace code by e-mail to follow your parcel.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the product. To do so, send an e-mail to info@iqvstore.nl clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your name and order number.

After your withdrawal notice you have another 14 days to return the product.

Assessing and returning with care

During the cooling-off period you may unpack and assess the display as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the amount refunded.

Return the display complete with all supplied accessories. Pack everything carefully so it is well protected in transit. Use the original box, protective materials and accessory bags.

Return costs and return address

Shipping to you is free. The cost of returning the product upon withdrawal is at your expense.

Refund

Upon withdrawal we refund the purchase amount within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have returned it, whichever comes first.

Any permitted loss in value may be deducted from the purchase amount. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to another method free of charge.

5. Warranty

IQV Store offers a two-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects of the IQV Smart Display and the supplied accessories, counted from delivery. This covers the screen, the touch control, internal electronics, battery, charging system, stand and wheels.

The warranty applies to normal use in accordance with the user instructions. Damage caused by dropping, impact, liquids, incorrect assembly, misuse or unsuitable power equipment is not covered. The same applies to damage caused by repairs or modifications by the user or third parties.

Normal signs of use and wear, including a gradual decrease in battery capacity consistent with age and use, are not covered by this warranty.

Report a defect via info@iqvstore.nl, preferably with your order number, a description of the problem and any photos or a video. Contact us before returning the product for return instructions.

We assess the reported defect. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we arrange repair or replacement free of charge, including necessary transport costs. Any costs for work outside the warranty are discussed with you beforehand. Paid work is only carried out with your approval.

6. Privacy

IQV Store processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use personal data to process and deliver orders, for customer service and to meet legal obligations.

Where necessary we share data with service providers, such as payment providers and delivery services.
